Job Description:

The candidate will be a direct report to the Corporate IT Manager.  As an IT Technician Supervisor, you will diagnose repair and maintain hardware and software components. You will install and configure computer hardware and provide IT support for the organization. You will routinely interact with various departments and levels and listen to their technical needs and implement IT solutions to resolve. You will lead a small team of Technicians, providing guidance and administrative support. You must have experience troubleshooting systems and be skilled in database programming and software installation. You will be proficient with Windows 10.Windows Server 2012 R2, Windows Server 2019, AD and be familiar with a range of software and hardware. You must have a willingness to travel to client sites to complete daily work.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Install and configure hardware and software components
  • Repair or replace damaged hardware
  • Upgrade systems to enable compatible software
  • Install and upgrade antivirus software
  • Managing employees
  • Travel to client sites
  • Perform tests on new hardware and software
  • Define software, hardware, and network requirements
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
  • Possess Working Knowledge of Network Switches and Firewalls
  • Manage a Team of IT Technicians


  • Fundamental knowledge of networking concepts
  • Hands-on technical troubleshooting capabilities
  • Ability to work independently under minimal supervision
  • Knowledge of computing infrastructures
  • Familiarity with server management and monitoring tools
  • Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving ability
  • Proficiency with scripting languages
  • Strong interpersonal skills to assist non-technical individuals with complex technical issues

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Security + Certification a must
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a minimum of Five (5) years’ experience in lieu of a degree.
  • 5+ years’ experience in an IT Support role
  • 2+ years’ previous Management experience
  • Previous experience with Microsoft Windows 10 and Office 2016, 365.
  • Previous experience with Dell Servers and Dell Encryption Software preferred
  • Network + certification preferred

Must be able to troubleshoot problems reported by users, analyze and isolate issues. 

Travel required less the 10% of the time.

Security Clearance: This position requires US citizenship and will be subject to a security investigation, must meet the eligibility requirements to obtain, and maintain a security clearance issued by the US Government and base access.
